Nidra Meditation & Crystal Sound Healing

MEDITATION / RESTORATIVE
This deep healing session gently heals each layer of your body, mind, and spirit in need of re-balance, with the total focus being on YOU and your absolute comfort with gentle to minimal movement. Class will consist of several floor-based, gentle and restorative yoga postures (including the use of bolsters, blocks, pillows, blankets), Inner Peace Nidra Guided Meditation for deep healing rest, and singing crystal bowl sound therapy. Notes of the crystal bowls are tuned to specific frequencies found within the human body - penetrating into our very cells to assist with re-balance. Dress in warm, comfy clothing. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Sound Bath Sunday - 1st Sunday of every month

BREATHWORK/MEDITATION / RESTORATIVE
Step into serenity with Sound Bath Sunday, a one-hour immersive experience designed to gently guide you out of the energy of the past week and into the calm intention of the new. This all-levels class blends light breathwork, guided meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
As you settle into stillness, you'll be invited to release tension, ground your body, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. The soothing vibrations of sound will wash over you, helping to clear mental clutter, balance your energy, and cultivate a sense of peace and renewal.
Spa Nite Restorative

MEDITATION / RESTORATIVE
This cozy, meditative class boasts comfy restorative floor-based postures supported with pillows, blankets, bolsters, sandbags and guided visualization to enhance your inner peace and relaxation. Enjoy natural body butter light hand massage, aromatherapy essential oils, warm scented spa towels, and eye pillows. Spa Nite is very limited to a maximum of (6) guests.
Chair Yoga

CHAIR YOGA
This practice is a gentle and empowering yoga, balance, and fitness experience designed for older adults, those recovering from injury, and those who regularly sit at a desk and need movement. Class begins with guided seated meditation and gentle neck and shoulder stretches, followed by a mindful seated yoga flow to warm the arms, legs, hips, and back. You’ll strengthen your body using light resistance tools such as Pilates balls, hand weights, and resistance bands. We’ll also explore simple standing postures for balance and stability (with your chair for support), then close with restorative seated or reclined yoga poses - no hands or knees required. The session concludes with a peaceful savasana and our signature aromatherapy towel.
Gentle Soul Yoga & Sound Healing

GENTLE
Spiritual nuggets, high vibrational affirmations and a sweet slow gentle yoga practice, sprinkled with mudras, mantras and breath work. Class is guided in a meditative atmosphere, encouraging the zenful spiritual connection of mind, body, and emotions with smooth transitions from yoga pose to yoga pose. Beginners as well as experienced yogis welcome & encouraged. Class concludes with final relaxation, Crystal Bowl Sound Healing & Savasana.
Gentle Yoga & Meditation

GENTLE
A sweet and gentle approach to your evening yoga practice. We will move through various postures with a sense of ease and grace, enjoying a shift of conscious awareness. Class is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and meditative relaxation. Class includes more warm up movements, the yoga postures are often held for longer times, and session concludes with our signature aromatherapy towels.
QIGONG Moving Meditation

QIGONG
Qigong (pronounced chee-guhng) is an ancient chinese healing practice that combines controlled breath, gentle standing movements, and meditation.

Outstanding for those who prefer to avoid kneeling postures, experience back issues, or those seeking soft fluid moves and deep relaxation.
YIN Reset

YIN
YIN Reset is a deeply healing and meditative form of yoga that targets flexibility, relaxation & change at the deepest level. Gentle stretching and passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - think hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine - supported with bolsters and props while gravity deepens each stretch. Each yin posture will be held for 4 - 5 minutes; enough time to release stagnation within the fascia, refine subtleties of the breath, quiet the mind and improve mobility and flexibility. Suitable for Beginners, and those seeking enhanced flexibility, energetic balance, and mental calm. Ahhhhh - Sweet Surrender...Just Breathe Yin!
Sunday Yoga & Deep Stretches

HATHA & YIN HYBRID
Enjoy a bliss-filled "Easy-Like-Sunday-Mornin" vibe led with calm, encouraging guidance. Slow down and savor hatha yoga to flow postures with extended holds, to grow strength and stamina, followed by YIN deep stretches for flexibility and focus. Modifications and variations provided throughout the practice - All Levels of experience from beginners to experienced are welcome and encouraged as modifications/variations will be provided.
Mindful Hatha Yoga

HATHA YOGA
Breathe deeply and savor mindful hatha yoga postures as we focus on the most essential yoga poses for creating openness, inner peace, and healing from the inside out. Followed by guided meditations to balance & center the mind, body & emotions. Modifications and variations provided liberally so Beginners to Experienced yogis can find their comfort level.
Flow & Rest

FLOW & RESTORATIVE HYBRID
The perfect hybrid class of movement and relaxation. Enjoy a Hatha Flow for 30 minutes, then soothe your soul with Restorative Yoga 30 minutes. Class is open to all levels, beginner to experienced.
Yoga at the Wall

HATHA YOGA with WALL SUPPORT
From opening the body to stabilizing a pose, there are many ways the wall, and various props, can assist you in your yoga practice! Using the wall as a tool through various yoga postures and props, Wall Yoga provides resistance and support in order to build core awareness, confidence and strength. This class is excellent for students of all levels as it explores the foundation of each posture for ideal alignment.
Yin & YogaFlow

FLOW & YIN HYBRID
Led with calm, encouraging guidance YIN & YOGA allows you to slow down and savor carefully orchestrated alignment-based Hatha yoga postures, flow, and extended holds for strength and stamina. Followed by yin deep stretches for flexibility and focus. Modifications and variations provided throughout the practice. All Levels of experience from beginners to experienced are welcome and encouraged.
SlowFlow & Yin

SLOW FLOW & YIN HYBRID
Begin your day with deep stretches and a healing flow of movement, linking one yoga posture to the next in a slow process using the breath to move from pose to pose. Followed by yin yoga where you can expect forward bends, twists, hip openers, and/or shoulder openers. As class concludes, you’ll immediately notice your open hips, buttery muscles and a major mind detox.​
SlowFlow Yoga

SLOWFLOW
Take your flow with attention on alignment and breathwork, to create a blend that builds both strength and stamina in the body - as well as calmness in the mind. Class is designed for all levels of experience; as variations and modifications are provided. Class ends with soothing savasana relaxation.
Morning Yoga - All Levels

ALL LEVEL YOGA FLOW
Encourage the blissful ENERGY of the mind/body/soul connection by embracing your practice with ease and grace. This is an All-Levels Hatha to Flow Class with emphasis on strength, stamina, breath and proper alignment. Instructor will offer options for modifications & variations liberally; class ends with soothing Savasana.
Yoga Tone

FITNESS
A steady hatha practice (with optional light sculpt hand weights) to allow your muscles to strengthen/tone, your mind to detox, and your emotional center to find balance. Variations and modifications will be given throughout the class so students can find their level of challenge, as well as comfort. Light sculpting 2-3 lb. hand weights provided at the Studio for your convenience. Class ends with soothing savasana and aromatherapy spa towels.
Yoga + Sculpt

FITNESS
This energizing class blends the strength-building flow of yoga with the sculpting precision of barre. Move through dynamic yoga sequences that build heat and flexibility, then target key muscle groups—arms, core, glutes, and legs—with small, controlled barre-inspired movements and optional light weights.
Expect a full-body workout that balances mindful movement with powerful conditioning, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and empowered. All levels welcome—modifications and challenges will be offered throughout.
Mat Pilates + Yoga

MAT PILATES HYBRID
A blend of mat pilates + hatha yoga; the perfect hybrid balance for building strength and flexibility. If you're seeking a mindful, low impact session, then this class is for you. Our Certified Pilates/Yoga Instructor, will beautifully orchestrate the core-firming benefits of pilates with the mind/body connection of yoga. Pilate Rings & Ball Props are provided at the Studio for your convenience. Class is open to all-levels, beginners to experienced, and ends with soothing savasana relaxation.
Yoga Core & More

FITNESS
Engage your abdominal muscles with core yoga poses that build a strong and stable center. The steadiness you'll gain in this practice will connect you to all aspects of your core—beyond your muscles. Our Certified Yoga/Pilates Instructor may incorporate pilates rings, fabric bands, core balls, and light hand weights to enhance the session (all props provided for you at the Studio) Class concludes with soothing savasana.
Strength & Flow

Full Body Fitness at it's finest! This class incorporates vinyasa flow and yoga stretches, mat pilates core work, and cardio fitness with light hand weights. A body and mind detox to start your day with renewed energy! Class concludes with soothing savasana and our signature aromatherapy towels.
