Rise & Shine YogaFlow

Rev up your morning metabolism, and get your body in the rise and shine morning flow! Challenge yourself - Your muscles will strengthen and lengthen, your mind will detox, and your day will unfold with ease and grace. Variations and modifications will be given throughout the class so experienced students, as well as students working on their flow, can find their level of challenge and comfort. Rise Up!  Shine-On into the new day!

Align Body & Mind Yoga

Traditional Hatha Yoga postures are taught in a meditative atmosphere, encouraging the blissful mind/body  connection. Emphasis on proper alignment and breathwork as the sequence of postures builds with all levels in mind. Instructor will offer options for modifications & variations liberally through the session, making this class attainable for beginners, yet challenging, for all levels. Class concludes with final relaxation, Savasana.

Sunset Restorative Yoga

As the sun begins to set, give yourself permission to surrender and completely let go of the day and slip into the peaceful evening ahead.  With many support props such as blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows, we will rely on prolonged holding of a few simple restorative postures to achieve a deep level of relaxation. During your inward-focused practice, we will mindfully integrate essential oil aromatherapy to enhance mental and emotional wellness. Perfect for those experiencing sleep difficulties, or anyone needing soft reflection. The secret to a long, healthy life? How much, how often, and how well you relax each day!

Yoga at The Wall

 The wall becomes your yoga partner, your supporter, and your friend as you lean on it, and align yourself with it.  Yoga at the Wall provides resistance and support in order to build core awareness and strength.  This class incorporates a plethora of fun yoga tricks with straps, blocks, and bolsters as you explore the foundation of each posture with hands-on instruction.  Excellent for Beginner Students as well as Advanced Students.

Each of us come to the yoga mat for our own specific reasons.  In the absence of judgement, our practice is a time for reflection and transformation.  This session will allow each individual to explore through contemplation, acceptance, loving kindness, and meditation.   Expect subtle yoga postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), guided visualization meditation, and final relaxation (savasana)

Mindful Yoga

Breathe deeply and savor mindful movements as we focus on the most essential yoga poses for creating openness, inner peace, and healing from the inside out. Followed by guided meditations to balance & center the mind, body & emotions.  Modifications and variations provided liberally so Beginners to Experienced yogis can find their comfort level.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing

 This deep healing session gently heals each layer of your body, mind, and spirit in need of re-balance, with the total focus being on YOU and your absolute comfort with gentle to minimal movement.  Class will consist of several floor-based, gentle and restorative yoga postures (including the use of bolsters, blocks, pillows, blankets), Inner Peace Nidra Guided Meditation for deep healing rest, and singing crystal bowl sound therapy.  Notes of the crystal bowls are tuned to specific frequencies found within the human body - penetrating into our very cells to assist with re-balance. Dress in warm, comfy clothing. No prior yoga experience necessary. 

Core Fusion Flow

Fire up your metabolism! Pilates moves, followed by a Core-Strengthening Sequence.  This practice guarantees to challenge and fire-up your powerhouse! Session concludes with a relaxing savasana to calm the physical body as well as the mental mind.

SlowFlow & YIN

Led with calm, encouraging guidance this session allows you to slow down and savor your yoga flow with extended holds, to grow strength and stamina, followed by yin deep stretches for flexibility and focus. Modifications and variations provided throughout the practice - All Levels of experience from beginners to experienced are welcome and encouraged.t.

Zen Yoga for All

Yoga movements combined with mindful transitions & meditative zen.  Balanced. Centered. Strong & Subtle.  Strengthen your body, calm your mind, and open your heart!  Class is attainable for All (Beginners to Experienced) as modifications and variations will be given throughout the session.  

Stress Relief Yoga & CBD Tea

When it comes to STRESS RELIEF, not all yoga poses are created equal. Some postures are particularly effective for promoting relaxation, tension release and restfulness. This class will focus on those very yoga poses & practices.

To begin, we will enjoy CBD ORGANIC HERBAL TEA together for enhanced relaxation. Your Guide will promote tension release, induce feelings of calm, and assist the mind to a meditative state. Class concludes with our signature warm aromatherapy towels.

Gentle Soul Yoga

Spiritual nuggets, high vibrational affirmations and a sweet slow gentle yoga practice, sprinkled with mudras, mantras and breath work.  Class is guided in a meditative atmosphere, encouraging the zenful spiritual connection of mind, body, and emotions with smooth transitions from yoga pose to yoga pose.  Beginners as well as experienced yogis welcome & encouraged. Class concludes with final relaxation, Savasana.

Vinyasa & Yin Deep Stretch

The perfect combination of Vinyasa MOVEMENT & Yin Deep Stretch and STILLNESS.  Class begins with vinyasa yoga - linking one posture to the next in a dance-like flow, using the breath to move from pose to pose.  Next, the stillness of Yin - where the poses are practiced lying down or sitting on the floor, supported by bolsters, you can expect deep stretching: forward bends, twists, hip openers, and/or shoulder openers.  As class concludes, you’ll immediately notice more open hips, buttery muscles and a major mind detox.  Finally, Savasana - lying down with a full body relaxation to reap all the benefits of the physical practice.  

Yoga Core & More

Emphasis on proper alignment, core strength, stability, and the powerful yoga mind/body connection. Instructor may incorporate props such as straps, blocks, pilates rings - and will liberally offer modifications & variations through the session - making this class challenging, yet attainable for every level of fitness.  Class concludes with final relaxation, Savasana.

Yoga to Soothe

Between work, school, family, and the swirl of technology vying for our attention, getting the mind & body to slow down in preparation for rest can be a challenge.  As we sleep, our body repairs on a cellular level, tissues grow and repair, energy is restored, and our brain receives deep healing. Soothing Yoga will focus on yoga postures that relieve excess tension from the body, soothe the central nervous system, and calm the mind allowing the body to reach a restful state in preparation for deep, rejuvenating sleep.  Complimented by soft music, guided meditation, and final resting pose, Savasana.  

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow: one breath, one movement yoga to rev up your morning metabolism, and get your body in the flow! Challenge yourself and watch your practice grow - Your muscles will strengthen and lengthen, your mind will detox, and your day will unfold with ease and grace. Variations and modifications will be given throughout the class so experienced students, as well as students working on their flow, can find their level of challenge and comfort. Session closes with soothing Savasana to cool down and balance your new energy for the day ahead.

YIN & Yoga

YIN & YOGA includes carefully orchestrated alignment-based postures (hatha yoga) including standing postures and mat work emphasizing the mind/body connection.  Followed by deep stretching and passive floor poses (yin yoga) that mainly work the lower part of the body - think hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine - supported with bolsters and props while gravity deepens each stretch. This class is appropriate for Beginners to All Levels of Experience, as the Instructor will liberally cue variations and modifications according to your level of comfort.

Your night just got a whole lot sweeter!  You deserve an hour of Self-Care & Love - "Spa Style"  Introducing Spa Nite Yoga: soft tunes, mellow vibes, subtle gentle yoga, deep stretches, restorative postures, essential oils, comforting adjustments...deep relaxation. Followed by our signature aromatherapy towels, herbal tea & evening treats.

Give yourself Permission to Indulge in the PEACEFUL PAUSE that your mind and body crave, and you so richly deserve.  Disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life, letting your speedometer return to 0 mph.  In this session, your absolute comfort is key - With many support props such as blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows, we will rely on prolonged holding of restorative postures and hands-on adjustments to achieve a deep level of healing relaxation.  Throughout the session, Essential Oil Aromatherapy creates a scent anchor for exploring states of spiritual, emotional & physical healing.  Perfect for those experiencing overwhelm, sleep difficulties, depression/anxiety, or anyone needing soft reflection & deep healing rest.

Chair Yoga Series - Returning Soon

Chair Yoga offers wonderful health benefits to those who experience difficulty getting on the floor to do a traditional mat yoga class.  Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support - and provides the very same benefits to the body, mind & spirit as a floor based mat class. Beneficial for people who simply want a practice for their workplace desk,  those with limited mobility, disabilities, or healing from an injury.  Welcome to Chair Yoga - Please take a Seat!

Restorative Tibetan Sound Therapy - Returning Soon

Accompanied by the sweet calming sound therapy of the singing Tibetan Bowls - Restorative Yoga postures are taught in a meditative atmosphere, encouraging the blissful mind/body connection.  Emphasis on your absolute comfort with plenty of blankets, bolsters, pillows & props - making this class attainable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.  Attention on breathwork (Pranayama) as well. Class concludes with final relaxation, Savasana.  Bring on the ZEN!

Yoga & Pilates - Returning Soon

A dynamic fusion of yoga and mat pilates.  Strengthen your core while you detox your belly.  Activate your breathing to improve your moving meditation with power and strength.  Yoga & Pilates is suitable for all levels - Challenge yourself and take your practice to the next level!  Class ends with a soothing savasana (deep relaxation) to balance your renewed energy.

We invite you to listen to the craving for a pause in your day - to press the RESET button!  Focus on the most effective stretches, postures & practices that promote release and revitalization. Let go of compressed energy, create openness, refresh your state of mind, and savor the calm vibes of gentle yoga, restorative postures, and sweet reflection.  This practice allows the subtle energy RESET you need to carry on into the remainder of your day & evening.  Beginners to All-Levels are welcome and encouraged to relax and reset!  

Yin Deep Stretch Flexibility & Focus - Returning Soon 

YIN is a deeply healing and meditative form of yoga that targets flexibility & change at the deepest level. Deep stretching and passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - think hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine - supported with bolsters and props while gravity deepens each stretch.  Each yin posture will be held for 4 - 5 minutes; enough time to release stagnation within the fascia, refine subtleties of the breath, quiet the mind and improve mobility and flexibility.   Suitable for Beginners, and those seeking enhanced flexibility, energetic balance, and mental calm.  Ahhhhh - Just Breathe Yin!
